05/31/06: Nuggets appear with Bobby Bare and BR5-49: The Nuggets are being featured on the Shut Eye Records release "The United State of Americana Vol.4" with their song "Blue". The disc just earned Top Adds on the AMA Americana Radio chart the week of May 29, 2006 and marks the second time The Nugget Brothers have had a song released by the label. 01/31/05: Debut CD Released!: The Nuggets self-titled E.P. has finally been made available for mass consumption. The disc was recorded and produced by the band, and has been released on their own Rusty Tractor label. It can now be purchased online at CD Baby, as well as through amazon.com. CD's will also be available at shows, so venture out to the show to grab it at bargain basement prices!

01/12/05: Return of Nugget: The Nugget Brothers will be returning to The Knitting Factory on Saturday, Feb. 5th. Also playing is Modena Vox. The Nuggets will be incorporating some live drum action in the set again due to the joy it brought to the faces of all the girls and boys at Rothko. 02/03/04: Knitting Factory show rescheduled! We have rescheduled the Feb. 2nd show for Friday the 13th. It's going to be a great night of music with Jack Grace Band, Kings County Queens, and Rod Webber and The Lovely Uglies. We were a "squeeze in" after the 2nd show was cancelled, but are thrilled to be playing with all these bands of like minds. 8/10/03: Well, I know it's been a while (uh, about 5 months) since I've done a damn thing about updating the site, so, here it is:

Bassman Scott has had his hands full of baby poo after wife, Kim, gave birth to their first born, Graydon Kastner. Congratulations to ya'll.

We've recently began rehearsing again after some downtime, so after we shake off the cobwebs we'll be ready to begin gigging again. Looks like dates should be starting in late September.
